At Brickell Lab (hereinafter "we", "our" or "the Studio"), with a digital address at labbrickell.com.ar, we are committed to protecting the privacy of those who visit our website and communicate with us. Brickell Lab is the parent brand of an ecosystem that includes Lúmina(event management platform) and Lexa (translation service). This policy covers the labbrickell.com.ar website, including the Lexa section. Lúmina, operating on its own subdomain with login, has its own privacy policy available within that platform.

We only collect the data you actively provide when you communicate with us:

• Phone number (when you contact us via WhatsApp)
• Information about your project, inquiry, or the documents you need translated

This site has no registration forms: contact is made directly via WhatsApp or email. In addition, if you give your consent through our cookie banner, we may automatically collect technical browsing data through Google Analytics, such as anonymized IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, and session time.

3. Handling of documents for translation (Lexa)

When you hire Lexa's translation service, you may share personal, legal, medical, academic, or official documents with us. These documents are used exclusively to perform the requested translation, are treated confidentially, and are not shared with third parties outside the service. Once the work is completed and its purpose fulfilled, the documents are kept only for a reasonable time to address any revisions or claims, and are then securely deleted.

4. Purpose of processing

The personal data you provide is used exclusively to:

• Respond to your inquiry or quote request
• Manage the business relationship and the provision of services
• Carry out the requested translation work (in the case of Lexa)
• Improve the browsing experience on our site (analytics data, with your consent)

• Hostinger — web hosting and email provider where the site's data and email communications are stored.

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties.
